Fitness/Wellness Updates

Free Self-Defense Class for Women is designed to teach avoidance and physical defense strategies, how to recognize and reduce risk, and the importance of being assertive and self-aware.

When: Fridays (February 21-April 25)
Time: 3-4:30pm
Where: Recreation Center (room 215)

Class is first-come, first-served. Pre-registration is not required. Each class is limited to 30 participants.
