Fitness/Wellness Updates

Beginning Monday, July 20, the following classes have been removed from schedule for the remainder of the summer:

Cardio Kenpo - Mondays 7:30am
Power Yoga - Tuesdays 5:00pm
Hatha Yoga - Wednesdays 12:30pm

Class Change:

Insanity (with Rubi) replaces Cardio Kickboxing on Thursdays @ 6:30pm
