Body Comp Measurement
A personal fitness assessment is an excellent way to gauge your current fitness level, as well as get you on track to achieve your personal fitness goals.
A fitness assessment measures: height and weight, body composition, resting heart rate, blood pressure, flexibility, muscular endurance and muscular strength.
Body compositions measure the lean body mass to fat body mass using skin techniques and skin fold caliper.
The fitness assessment and/or body composition can be purchased separately from personal training packages/sessions.
Fitness Assessment -- $15.00
Patron should complete the questionnaire, waiver and registration form and bring to Member Services with payment.

Body Composition -- $10.00
Patron should complete the registration form only and bring to Member Services with payment.
