Class Descriptions
Classes are limited to 50 participants in rooms 210 & 215 and 75 in room 118.
Some classes are limited due to available equipment.

CORE/STRENGTH CLASSES
Buns, Guns & Guts
Get an amazing workout for your butt, arms and abs with this high-energy, action-packed class! Learn the best moves to tone and tighten all the right places.
Core Cardio
Core cardio is a high-intensity core workout. For forty-five minutes, your core will be engaged with various strength and cardiovascular exercises. You will be doing mainly core interval training with some core strengthening exercises, all the while getting your heart rate up!
Dance Conditioning
Come and enjoy conditioning moves and techniques that dancers all over the world use to tone, stretch and strengthen their bodies. You will see improvements in your core, balance, strength and flexibility.
Hard Body
Hard body is a high-energy, total-body workout that focuses on every muscle group at an intensity that will simultaneously improve your cardiovascular strength and endurance. This class, performed to motivating music and inspired by any and every sport, incorporates a variety of exercises and equipment to always keep you on your toes and eager to see what is next.
Hard Core
Focus on your core strength and stability. This class is total core work with exercises, drills and balance drills to train your inner core. Don't be afraid to sweat!
Strength & Sculpt
A high intensity-class designed to increase your overall muscle endurance and strength, Strength & Sculpt combines a perfect learning environment for beginners as well as a challenging workout for other fitness levels. This class meets twice a week and provides complimentary workouts. This 60-minute class will have you sweating, no cardio needed!
DANCE CLASSES
Dancenergy
This dance-based cardio class offers some excellent aerobic exercises mixed with some light toning exercises -- all set to popular hip-hop music. You'll jump, tone and sweat your way into shape, all the while enjoying some fun and easy dance moves. No dance experience is necessary, so come join the fun.
Hip Hop
A 60-minute dance workout that will get your spirit and energy UP, this class incorporates a variety of movements and styles. Time will fly and you’ll never be bored. All fitness levels are welcome and no prior dance experience is required. Be prepared for a high-energy cardio workout and a great calorie burn.
Zumba®
Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, Zumba® is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun.
FUSION CLASSES
Ballazz
Basic ballet and jazz technique, terminology, rhythm and coordination are taught, practiced and developed through creative movement and music. This class is for patrons who are new to ballet and jazz, patrons who want to dance but never had the opportunity, and those who have danced before and want to begin again.
Piloxing®
Join the latest fitness craze that is sweeping the nation! Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing into a fat-torching and muscle-sculpting workout guaranteed to whip you into shape. Experience the transformation as you attain a sleek, sexy and powerful self-image.
UFIT
UFIT is a 12-week class designed to help you lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. This class is recommended for overweight individuals who may or may not already be participating in an exercise program. If you want guidance to lose weight and make healthy choices, this class is for you.
Yollet (40)
Experience the perfect mix of yoga and ballet with the vinyasa flow of yoga class and the conditioning components of ballet. This class focuses on posture and balance by building strength through a series of fluid movements.
HIGH IMPACT CARDIO CLASSES
Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio Strength
Total body conditioning is a blend of strength training, cardio aerobics and stretching. This well-balanced class will target all major muscle groups while pushing you through a high-energy workout. You will improve your core strength, flexibility and total body strength.
HIIT
HIIT is high-intensity interval training that consists of powerful exercises that build and strengthen your entire body! You will burn tons of calories and your heart rate will soar!

Are you ready for a new way to a new you?! Try exercises you have never seen and be amazed at the power to transform your body.
MIND/BODY CLASSES
Pilates (40)
Pilates exercises help to create the ideal postural alignment. The principles of this conditioning program are designed to build leaner muscle & increase core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as decrease general pains. Exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and re-balance the muscles around the joints. Pilates is appropriate for all fitness levels.
Power Vinyasa Yoga (40)
This is a flowing sequence of yoga postures linked together with breath. This practice will build strength and core stability while improving meditative focus throughout each movement and beyond the mat.
Yoga (40)
This energizing and rejuvenating yoga class welcomes all levels of “yogis.” Focus on breathing with movement and creating strength and flexibility through Hatha flow. You will leave feeling relaxed and refreshed! | Video Preview
Yoga Explorations (40)
Try some new and exciting yoga techniques. Partner poses, flying poses, massage techniques and meditative postures will help you build an amazing yoga practice for your body and mind. Expect something different every week!
SPINNING®/CYCLING CLASSES
Spinning® (30)
A spinning® class is more than just a workout; it provides detailed information on bike set-up, pace, cadence and tension, and other key concepts to help participants get the best from a Spin® class. Video Preview
Spin® & Sculpt (30)
Unlike any Spin® class you've ever taken, this class combines Spinning® moves with a twist! Incorporate your upper body and core with targeted moves -- all on the bike!
Spin® Camp (30)
This perfect blend of Spinning® and boot camp, you'll cycle up and down hills and sprint to the next station where you'll experience heart-pounding and muscle-toning core exercises that are great for your body and heart.
