ABS-olute Training☺☺(50)
This up-tempo, 60-minute class will surely get your heart rate up, while keeping the pounds off!   ABS-olute training combines aerobic exercise with core workouts to get an all-in-one belly busting session. Great fun for all fitness levels.

Abs and Glutes Blast(50)
A 30-minute workout that targets the abdominals and glutei and is designed for all fitness levels.

Advanced Dance☺☺(50)
A 60-minute workout that uses various forms of dance including hip-hop, jazz and lyrical to create exciting new choreography. This class follows a faster pace of learning and higher complexity of moves than the basic dance classes. Some dance experience is recommended.

Boot Camp☺☺☺(50)
For the advanced exerciser, an intense class of cardio and strength intervals for a total body workout – are you ready?!

Cardio Blast☺☺☺(50)
You’ll never stay in one place for long as you switch between high and low intensity workouts with strength training, plyometrics and core training. Come join us for the ultra calorie burn.  Great for all fitness levels.

Cardio and Stretch(50)
This class for all fitness levels includes a 30-minute cardio workout and 30 minutes of toning and stretching to restore the body. The cardio workout may involve cardio kickboxing, cardio funk or cardio intervals. This class will work on building cardiovascular endurance as well as improving flexibility.

Cardio Dance☺☺(50)
A 60-minute dance workout that will get your spirit and energy up, up, up! This class incorporates a variety of movements and styles. Time will fly and you’ll never be bored. All fitness levels are welcome to join in and no prior dance experience is required. Be prepared for a high energy cardio workout and a great calorie burn!

Cardio Funk☺☺ (50)
A 60-minute workout that incorporates a fusion of different dance music and themes for an exciting workout! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training through a variety of dance moves with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. 

Cardio Kickboxing☺☺☺(50)
An action packed workout that combines a series of punching and kicking combinations. This class improves strength, muscle tone and endurance and is an intense workout for the participant who wants a challenge.

Cycling☺☺(50)
Using a variety of techniques to mimic outdoor terrains, this non-impact class will help you build strength and get a great cardio workout while training to energetic music. 

Dance Craze Cardio☺☺(50)
Come and enjoy the hottest dance trends & other cultural expressions in this exciting, calorie-burning class. This class offers easy-to-follow choreography from a variety of dance styles (Latin, West African, hip-hop) that are guaranteed to get your heart pumping and your foot tapping as you dance those calories away.

Down to the Core(16)
This 60-minute class utilizes the fit ball for a variety of exercises designed to work your entire abdominal area and lower back. For all fitness levels, but Down to the Core will present a challenge for even an experienced athlete.

Hip-Hop Club Cardio☺☺(50)
This 60-minute, dance-driven class is designed to build confidence in your own movement by introducing fun freestyle skills and original hip-hop choreography while delivering a high-energy, full-body workout. No previous dance experience is needed. 

Latin Fusion ☺☺(50)
60 minutes of Latin-infused cardio dance, so fun you don’t even notice you’re sweating your tail off!

Pilates(35)
STOTT Pilates exercises help to create the ideal postural alignment. The principles of this conditioning program are designed to build leaner muscle, increase core strength, flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well decrease general pains. Exercises are designed to restore the natural curves of the spine and rebalance the muscles around the joints. Pilates is appropriate for people of all levels.

Plyometrics☺☺☺(50)
No guts, no glory in this total body workout! Plyometric exercises use explosive movements to develop muscular power. This class provides intense cardio exercise training but is also designed to produce fast, powerful movements, and aims to improve the function of the nervous system, generally for the purpose of improving performance in sports. It is the ultimate cardio/interval workout designed for the intermediate to advanced participant.

Step Aerobics ☺☺☺(30)
A traditional cardio class that employs the use of step platforms and choreography to the latest music for a high intensity workout.

Step & Sculpt ☺☺(30)
The best of step with the addition of a toning and sculpting component to give you a challenging workout for all fitness levels.

Total Body Strength (30)
Some lighter equipment is used for an instructor-led, total body strength workout

Zumba®☺(50)
Inspired by traditional cumbia, salsa, samba and merengue music, Zumba is a combination of Latin rhythms and red-hot international dance steps. Zumba is Spanish slang for "to move fast and have fun." The goal is simple: work out, love working out, get hooked and have fun!
