Tips of the Week
Be sure to stretch before and after your workout to help minimize injury. You should stretch the specific body part you are exercising that day. Stretch each body
part for 15 seconds
at least 3 times.
Facility Alert - Recreation Center
Monday, March 10 [7-10pm]
Gymnasium courts 2 & 3 reserved for intramural
basketball championships and shooting event.
Boyden gymnasium open 6:30-9:30pm for recreation.
If the University is closed for the entire day, recreation facilities, including the Recreation Center, pools and Boyden gymnasium, will be closed. Intramural activities will be cancelled.
If the University has a delayed opening, the Recreation Center
will open 30 minutes after the University's opening time.
Pools opening time TBD based on the recreation schedule.
If the University has an early closure, the Recreation Center
and other recreation facilities will close early.
