Tips of the Week
Foods to Beat
Eat more parsley, papaya, pineapple, natural probiotic yogurt, fresh vegetables, and rice. These foods are diuretic, helping your body to excrete excess fluids to beat water retention. Many of these foods are also rich in digestive enzymes that help break down food in your stomach and intestines. Also, many of these foods can prevent constipation.
