Campus Services provides essential support services to the Amherst campus, the Five Colleges, and surrounding communities with its transportation, mail & distribution, printing, opscan, design and publication, and travel services.
Creative Services Offers comprehensive services for the production of effective print and electronic publications, including writing and editing, composition and layout, graphic design, photographic imaging, managing printing contracts, and overseeing the campus' visual identity.
Office 2 Office Provides printing, mailing, and optical scanning services. These include offset and digital printing (with layout and design if desired), prepress and bindery, variable data and addressing; collecting and preparing outgoing mail; delivering campus mail; receiving and distributing mail, packages, freight, and other materials for the campus; optical scanning of surveys and tests; and sales of test forms, booklets, and office paper.
Parking Services Provides safe and orderly parking for employees, students, and visitors to the Amherst campus. Provides alternative transportation options through the Commuter Options Program. Maintains the infrastructure of surface parking lots and the Campus Garage.
Transit Services Provides public bus service to the university, Five Colleges, and local communities. Also runs lift-equipped van services, field-trip services for student groups and academic departments, and a meet-and-greet service.
Travel Services Manages travel contracts and the university's Corporate Travel Card Program, and provides travel information to UMass business travelers.
