Following are fees for Undergraduate part-time students who are not residents of Massachusetts. How do I determine if I am considered a Massachusetts resident and qualify for in-state tuition?
Part-time is less than 12 credits a semester. You must change your enrollment status to part-time to adjust your bill by completing the Registrar's Request for Status Change Form.

Fees Charged Every Semester
| Tuition | is $414.00 per credit |
| Curriculum Fee | is prorated based on the number of credits |
| Service Fee | is prorated based on the number of credits |
| Activities Fee | is a flat rate regardless of credits |
| Basic Health Fee | is a flat rate regardless of credits, provided the student is enrolled in a minimum of 5 credits |
| Honors College Fee * | is a flat rate regardless of credits |
| Engineering Fee | is prorated based on the number of credits |
* The Honors College Fee applies to Commonwealth Honors College students only.
** The Engineering Fee applies to engineering students only.
One-Time Fees
The following one-time fees are charged in the first semester only.

The Senior Fee is charged when a student attains 87 credits.
