If you receive educational financial aid from sources other than those awarded by UMass Amherst Financial Aid Services, you must report them to the UMass Amherst Financial Aid office. See Non-University Awards for more information on how to report the additional aid.   Scholarship notifications must be submitted each academic year.  Mail your scholarship letter or check from sponsors or outside donors to: Office of the Bursar UMass Amherst

Third Party payments would include payments from State Agencies, International Sponsors and Employers.

Financial Aid In order to be considered for Financial Aid, students must complete and submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA(http://www.fafsa.ed.gov/).  This is the only application necessary, and the information it provides will enable UMass Amherst to determine whether you qualify for grants, scholarships, tuition waivers, loans or part-time employment to help defray your education expenses.  No matter your financial need, you must submit the FAFSA to be considered.

Former students may pay in-person, by mail or online through Commerce Manager. But former students cannot pay through QuikPAY or UPay.  It may take up to 48 hours for your payment to be reflected on your bill.
