There are several options for making Perkins Loan payments.
Pay Online
Online Perkins Loan payments may be made through our bill servicer ACS at www.acs-education.com. You will need to establish a user name and password at the time of your initial payment. You will be able to view your account and make an online payment.
ACS provides the option of automatic recurring payments through their online payment system.
If you use online banking with your personal bank, you will need to enter the Student Loans Office address at the time of payment. Please reference your account number on the payment.
Pay By Mail
Check or money order payments may be sent directly to the Student Loans Office. Checks should be made out to the University of Massachusetts; please include your account number on the check for reference.

Cash, check or money order payments are accepted in our Student Loans Office on the University of Massachusetts Amherst campus during our business hours.
