Audiovisual Equipment: If you think you will need audiovisual equipment for your panel session, please contact us, if you haven’t already, and let us know. All conference rooms are equipped with audiovisual equipment.

Directions to Campus: For details information on how to get to the University of Massachusetts campus, please click here. Information about getting to and from the Bradley Airport (BDL), you can also follow these driving directions on Google Maps. Bear in mind that BDL is about 45 minutes south of the University.

Parking: You can park in the Campus Center Visitor Parking Garage, which is right next to the conference. Parking passes will be available at the on-site registration desk. You can use this map from UMass Parking Services.
