The Alumni Series
The Alumni Series was created to bridge the gap between BDIC and its alumni by bringing them back to campus to meet with current students. The Alumni Series was also meant to show appreciation for those alumni who have continued to support the program and to those who wish to in the future.
Our goals for the introduction of this “series” of events were to
- Bring our alumni back to their undergraduate program and learn what accomplishments they've made since we've seen them last!
- Strengthen the network between BDIC alumni for career opportunities, collaboration, and advice.
- Provide a much-needed resource for our current students, an opportunity to connect with those who have gone before them!!
- Increase the amount of alumni donations, visibility of program (on and off-campus), and internship and/or job placements.
