Band Day Schedule

| TIME | EVENT |
|---|---|
| 8:00-8:30AM | Visiting bands arrive at Gladchuck Field, unload, and set up immediately for rehearsal. |
| 9:00-11:30AM | Introductions, sectional rehearsals, mass band rehearsal, run through. |
| 11:30-12:15PM | Eat lunch, change into uniforms on buses, and line up to enter stadium for Pre-game. |
| 12:30PM | All visiting bands seated inside McGuirk Alumni Stadium. |
| 1:00PM | Football game begins. |
| 2nd QUARTER | Exit stands and begin to set up for Half-time. |
| HALF-TIME | UMass Band performance, then return to seats for second half. |
| POSTGAME | Feature performance by Minuteman Marching Band. All visiting bands sit on home field side. |
| 5:00PM | Visiting bands depart for home. |
