Our goal is to provide students with comprehensive academic advising which complements major department advising and offers guidance in clarifying students' educational and personal goals. We offer specialized advising services for students experiencing academic difficulty, and we identify ways to address factors affecting academic performance and success.

We help to identify academic opportunities such as International Exchange, National Student Exchange, field experiences and the Five-College Interchange Program that match a student's goals, interests and abilities and help to bridge the gap between educational and employment environments. We help students complete prior approval for study elsewhere and stay up-to-date on the status of their College and University requirements. We also help with Dean's recommendations for transfer or graduate school.

Our primary concern is providing information in a timely and sensitive manner and assisting our students in meeting all of their academic needs and concerns. We work closely with other agencies on campus and can help students make necessary contacts. We invite you to work closely with us during your stay at the University.
