PT (Physical Training)

There is a large emphasis on Physical Fitness within the US Army, and the Army ROTC is no different. PT places an emphasis upon upper body, lower body, and cardiovascular exercises. It is performed in a military fashion with a high level of professionalism.

PT is held every MWF from 6:30-7:30 and is attended by all Cadets.

PT Classes are open to all UMass students

Fall course is G23 - PE 100 Advanced Physical Conditioning I
Spring course is G24 – PE 100 Advanced Physical Conditioning II
