of Architecture (M.Arch.)

Degree Requirements
Prerequisites for admission to the three-year program are college
physics, calculus. An introduction to architectural history is
recommended. Applicants who hold a pre-professional degree in architecture
(from a school with a NAAB program, or equivalent) may be admitted
with advanced standing and may be able to graduate in two years.

Core Requirements
Students who enter the three year program will be required to
satisfactorily complete a 78 credit core sequence in three areas:
Studio, Technical, and History and Theory. Students who enter into
the two-year program will satisfactorily complete the three-area
core of 48 credits. All graduates must also complete a Professional/Off
Campus semester and a 9 credit Master’s Project.
