Entry Guidelines and Information
Herter Gallery 2008
All BFA Design (Architecture and Interior Design) majors at the junior and senior levels are encouraged to participate by entering works in this yearly competitive event.
You may enter up to five works in any media.
Register at FAC 455, starting Thursday, April 30 and continuing until Tuesday, May 12, noon deadline.
you will install your work for the jury on Thursday, May 14, in your studio in the FAC (or in the hallway if you are not in a studio).
The jury will review works on Friday, May 15, beginning at 9 am.
Selected works will be exhibited at Herter Gallery May 18th – 26th
All graduating seniors will have at least one work selected for the Herter Gallery exhibition.
The Award Ceremony and reception will follow the UMass graduation ceremony and reception on May 23, 2009.
A takedown of the Herter Gallery exhibit will follow the award ceremony.
