Our client is seeking an architectural drafter to join their team. The architectural drafter will be responsible for drafting construction documents, floor plans, layouts, and elevation drawings. Qualified candidates will have the opportunity to become involved in more of a design role.

Candidates should be proficient in all areas of AutoCAD, and be prepared to pass a CAD exam. Associates with experience required, Bachelor's degree without
experience is sufficient.

Salary range - $30,000-35,000

Interior Design Help Needed

I am looking for help to design an in home office suite in an 1840 house in Framingham out of a space that was formally an apartment. I wondered if there were advanced students or professors who would like to
help me with the concept. I would be willing to pay for this service.

The House is in Framingham's Historic District  circa 1840.  The three rooms plus small bath were used as an apartment for many years.  There are two separate entrances.  The space has not been touched except the electrical was updated last year.

I would like to make a work space where I can have an assistant. I have worked out of the living room for the last 10 years and my wife would like her space back. I run a one person sporting goods wholesale buying
cooperative. I would like to make it more business-like where I can add a part time employee.  I am interested in getting some design help to make the space attractive, useful, and comfortable without breaking the bank.  I am willing to pay for your advice.  I am enclosing some photographs. It doesn't look very glamorous at the moment. I can get room measurements or show the
space pretty easily.  I'd like to start as soon as possible.
