Submitting your manuscript by mail

Once you have prepared your manuscript, following scrupulously the format conventions highlighted in the "Preparing a manuscript for submission" section, mail four copies to:

The requirement of four copies is waived for manuscripts sent from Africa, given how prohibitively expensive photocopying on the continent is. In this case, one copy is all that is required.

If you have prepared your manuscript on a computer, it will greatly speed the review process if you send us a diskette containing a file of it. The file should be written either in WORD, WordPerfect, or Rich Text Format.
