The editors will only consider manuscripts that...

• have not been published elsewhere, even in another language.
• are not under editorial consideration elsewhere
• are formatted according to ASR conventions. Click here to learn what these conventions are.

Submitting a prepared manuscript for editorial consideration

• E-mail (Preferred and faster)
• Mail four copies (Editorial decisions take longer)

The manner of submission has no bearing on the substance of editorial decisions, just their timing.
