From points South via I-91: From I-91 North take the RT-9 exit 19 towards Northampton/Amherst. At end of ramp, turn right on to RT-9 East. Follow RT-9 East for approximately 4.6 miles to junction with RT-116. Turn left on to RT-116 N (across from Staples and Applebee’s Restaurant). After approximately 1.3 miles, take the UMass Amherst exit ramp. At end of ramp, turn right on to Massachusetts Ave. Take the second left turn on to Commonwealth Ave. After approximately 0.5 mile, turn right at the second set of lights on to Holdsworth Way. Holdsworth Natural Resources Center is the first building on your left (long, semi-modern looking brick and glass building). Visit lab in room 107-108 for temporary parking permit. Park in the lot across from the building.

From points North via I-91:
From I-91 North take the US-5/RT-10 exit 24 towards Whately/Deerfield. At end of ramp, turn left on to RT-10/US-5. Follow for approximately 0.3 mile to junction with RT-116. Turn right on to RT-116 South and follow for approximately 8.0 miles to the UMass Amherst exit. At end of ramp, turn left on to Massachusetts Ave. Take the second left turn on to Commonwealth Ave. After approximately 0.5 mile, turn right at the second set of lights on to Holdsworth Way. Holdsworth Natural Resources Center is the first building on your left (long, semi-modern looking brick and glass building). Visit lab in room 107-108 for temporary parking permit. Park in the lot across from the building.

From points East via I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike): From I-90 West take the I-91 exit 4 towards Holyoke/Springfield. Follow signs to I-91 North. From this point refer to ‘From points South via I-91’ directions above.

From points West via I-90 (Massachusetts Turnpike): From I-90 East take the I-91 exit 4 towards Holyoke/Springfield. Follow signs to I-91 North. From this point refer to ‘From points South via I-91’ directions above.
