TSgt James Clark

Technical Sergeant James W. Clark, NCOIC, Personnel, Air Force Reserve Officers Training Corps, Detachment 370 at the University of Massachusetts.  In this capacity, TSgt Clark is responsible for managing personnel records for cadets, AFIT students, and cadre.  He also monitors/updates all cadet pay actions--tuition, fees, subsistence and textbook funds--in excess of $325,000 annually.  Additionally he oversees all cadet life-cycle personnel actions: medical, physical, enlistments, categorization and commissioning.
