Major Bradley Podliska

Major Bradley Podliska serves as the Operations Flight Commander, Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps, Detachment 370 and Assistant Professor of Aerospace Studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is responsible for ensuring training events are planned, organized, and executed in accordance with AFROTC instructions, and personally approves all Cadet Wing operations orders.

Major Podliska was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in October 1999 from the Academy of Military Science located at McGhee Tyson Air National Guard Base, Tennessee.  Major Podliska has served as an intelligence officer for U.S. Joint Forces Command and U.S. European Command.  In addition to his joint assignments, Major Podliska served as an intelligence officer for the 457th Fighter Squadron of the 301st Fighter Wing, where he deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.  Major Podliska completed 17 years in the Air Force Reserve before joining active duty.  Prior to his arrival at Detachment 370, he was an intelligence officer for U.S. European Command in Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany.
