Training Day Zero

Welcome to Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps (AFROTC) at University of Massachusetts Amherst, Detachment 370!  We are dedicated to providing cadets a program that develops personal leadership skills while also introducing Air Force culture. We have designed Training Day Zero (TD-0) as an orientation program to help you begin your experience as a cadet on the right foot. Attendance is voluntary, but it is a great way to learn about AFROTC before classes start. During TD-0, we will teach you basic drill movements and how to wear your uniform. You will experience your first physical training (PT) session and meet many of your fellow cadets. Upperclassmen cadets organize TD-0 while our sophomores show you the ropes.  These sophomores will be a major source of information and assistance during your first year.

TD-0 will be Saturday, Sept 1. To confirm your attendance at TD-0, please fill out the online RSVP Form, click here.
