balances you can access the monthly reports that were run in version 7.5.

Associated Revenue is the version 8.9 equivalent of the “Revenue Driven” budgets in 7.5. When revenue is
recorded for revenue driven funds in 8.9, it increases the spending authority for that Fund/Department
but does not increase the budget amount. The Associated Revenue is the amount that the spending authority
has been increased by the revenue.

The upgrade process converted the 7.5 scopes from Production only. The Reporting team will

No, user executed reports will run directly to the Report Manager. However, you have the
ability to run reports to other users Report Manager. To do so, fill out Run Control ID
on report. Click Run or Run Report. When you get to Process Scheduler, select the
appropriate Server Name. Click the Distribution link and enter the User ID of the person.

Login to Windows as a user with local admin privileges, then when you print a report from the Report Distributin Tool, a plug-in will automatically be installed after which you can log back into Windows as a normal user.

When you split a procard charge you can only use the speedchart for the first distribution
line. The subsequent lines must have the chartfields filled in manually. If a speedchart is
used, it will overwrite the first line.
