The HR Direct is the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) of the University of Massachusetts.
Pay Advice Request Procedure for Former Employees (no longer active on the HR/payroll system)
- Former employees seeking an electronic copy of their pay advice statement from HR Direct should send an e-mail to the HR information request e-mail address, email@example.com . Include:
- employee id number or spire id if you do not know your employee id
- first and last name
- Department(s) worked for
- include the following statement: "I consent to transmission via email of personally identifiable information (my paystub) which is unsecured"
- Former employees who would like to a have a printed copy of their pay advice statement mailed to them should call Human Resources at (413) 545-5425 for assistance.

You should not bookmark or create as a favorite, the "Secure Access Login" page. You must get to the page using one of the above links and once logged in, you can bookmark or create a favorite.
Beginning in November 2009, HR Direct Users with more access to HR Direct than employee self service will begin to have their NetID passwords expire. You can be proactive and change your password now before it expires.
