Amendment to the Parking and Transportation Advisory Report

The Parking and Transportation Advisory Board is providing two amendments to their original advisory report submitted in November of 1996. The amendments are as follows:
1. The Board recommends that lots 24 and 29 be redesignated from red to blue.
2. The Board recommends that lot 21 be redesignated from red to blue after discussion with the appropriate bargaining unit.
These recommendations were made on the basis of the proximity of these lots to the core campus coupled with the relative low demand for their use. These recommendations are consistent with the Board's past actions and principles, and was also partially developed in response to concerns expressed by various campus constituencies regarding the original report. This action constitutes a fine-tuning of the Board's original report.
