Creative Economy Program: This workshop offer a step-by-step framework for developing, implementing, and sustaining a successful creative economy program in your community. Based on original research conducted by AES, this workshop offers participants an overview of likely challenges as well as best practices in the field.  This program is easily enhanced with the Creative Economy Workbook. Peer Advising Training Program: Don’t let your community expertise go to waste!  Develop leaders in your Local Arts Agencies and teach them how to become a Peer Advisor.  Doing so expands the existing resources and expertise in your state. The Peer Advising Training program creates networks of arts managers who can provide low-cost, sustainable technical assistance for peer nonprofit arts and local cultural councils. Read more
