Spring 2008 Open Houses for Accepted Students

Although our Spring Open House events are over, we are pleased that UMass Amherst remains your school of choice, and would like to present some alternative ways to find out more about the university.

We offer many ways to visit and explore campus this spring. Tours are available through the Robsham Memorial Visitors Center Monday through Friday at 11:00 a.m., 1:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. Tours are also available on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m., and 1:30 p.m. Reservations are not needed for campus tours. If you have questions regarding your financial aid package, the Office of Financial Aid is located on the second floor of the Whitmore Administration Building, and is open from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can call Financial Aid at (413) 545-0801.

Additionally, New Students Orientation will provide students the opportunity to meet with faculty, staff and other students. During orientation you will register for classes, request your housing assignment, have an in-depth tour of campus, learn the ins and outs of campus life, and check out the array of student groups offered at UMass Amherst. Once you have paid your enrollment fee, you can register for orientation online at http://www.umass.edu/newstudent.

To secure your place in the entering Class of 2008, please return your enrollment fee postmarked by May 1. Please include your name and admissions ID on the check.
