UMass Amherst will be hosting a Guidance Counselor Event at UMass Amherst on Friday, October 26. Find out more about our non-binding early action program, admissions criteria for prospective students, our Honors College, and the numerous residential programs offered to students.

If you are unable to attend our on-campus Guidance Counselor event, we hope you will join us at one of the local informational breakfasts held elsewhere in Massachusetts and in Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey. You will have an opportunity to meet with Undergraduate Admissions staff and other local high school counselors to discuss issues in admissions relevant to your high school and region. We will discuss current admissions standards, recent trends and the admissions profile for the class of 2012.
