We will break from rehearsal from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM to allow everyone to move into their permanent dorms.  If you are having anyone help you, please let them know these times. And please keep in mind that JQA, Prince, and Crampton (which are all Southwest dorms, though all other Southwest dorms will be fine) will not be ready to be moved into until 1:00 PM that day so if anyone lives in any of those dorms, please plan accordingly.

Free to band members/ $5 for children/ $8 for parents/alumni

To Band Members & Parents:
Sept. 1st is the perfect opportunity to finish the move in process to the
permanent dorms.  After the band camp show and BBQ, the rest of the
evening is available for moving in.

PLEASE NOTE: The time for "first meal" means the first meal that will be
provided by the band. Any meals before that time are the responsibility of
the student.  Students should plan on bringing food/snacks until their “first
meal.”
